Experiences:
- During my year as District Governor, District-79 chartered the world's first clubs in Filipino, Urdu and Malayalam languages. Also, Tamil clubs were introduced in D-79; by the end of my term, there were 9 such clubs, and more are being chartered this year.
- As an executive in a large multinational organization, I have experience in launching new products and strategic company initiatives focused on improving cost effectiveness, increasing customer satisfaction and enhancing work processes. My role also includes overseeing the development of training programs, corporate policies and strategic plans required to realize the company's vision and mission
- I led the process of developing a 5-year strategy for our corporation, encompassing the areas of safety, people, productivity, technology and growth. Further, I'm a member of the company business committee setting the strategy for the product development, technology and cost effectiveness enhancement. Additionally, in my previous organization, I led the team charged with developing the technology strategy for expanding the Production facilities and enhancing its profitability.
- Involves in developing and approving organizational budgets as well as monitoring performance and analyzing financial variances. Cost control and costing analysis are part of my regular duties as an executive.
- Early in my career, I had the responsibility of getting my plant ISO 9000 certified by establishing of the relevant policies and procedures. I also chaired several committees responsible for creating and revising the safety policies and developing an Environment Management System (EMS). Currently, I lead/ participate in developing different policies in addition to being the ultimate signatory of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies.
- Established "Ahadeyat Al-Ferdous" Cultural forum which attracted a lot of dignified lecturers from across Saudi Arabia to Jubail Industrial City to interact with the community members on a series of subjects.
- Active Member of "Eradah Charity" which grew from a small center serving a few children with Down’s Syndrome into a major operation serving 400+ children suffering from different mental handicaps and brain disabilities.
- Served four times as a member of the Steering Committee for SABIC Technical Meeting, a major petrochemical industry conference and trade exhibition sponsored by SABIC. While serving as Vice Chair In-Charge of the 2006 and 2008 events, the conference and exhibition became one of the main attractions for all the major Industrial Exhibitors in the region and the number of attendees grew from 1700 to more than 3000 during my tenure.

Vision:
To make Toastmasters available for people across the globe to

location, language and socioeconomic status. In particular, to
touch the lives of at least 1% of people from all walks of life,
who are in dire need of the opportunities that Toastmasters
provides.

- People everywhere need a leader who respects them and their abilities, which translates to expecting nothing less than excellence from them.
- We lead best by serving and giving, so the more we serve people, the more people will be inspired to help us achieve more.
